The story starts with the history of Great Indian Circus in Chicago which is mortgaged at the Western Chicago Bank.
Sahir (Aamir Khan) loses his father because a Chicago bank doesn't allow him to continue his circus and asks
him to shut shop. Since then his mission is to shut the bank down. He robs the bank but is not caught,
