Kareena is currently on a special food regime which includes high
protein, low carb diet and lots of fruit juices.
Kareena who is finally tying the knot with her boyfriend Saif Ali Khan on October 16 has also taken up yoga.
Kareena Kapoor is a strict
vegetarian who practices 'power yoga' for at least two hours a day! Bebo
believes in a strict diet plan along with yoga to shed weight. Wherever
she goes, her yoga instructor Payal Gidwani follows.
We hear she has started practicing Ashtanga Yoga too and has hired a new trainer for that too.
Kareena we hear does not want to
be 'size zero' anymore - she just wants to reduce the couple of kilos
she put on in the recent months.
Preparations are on for the big Bollywood wedding which will see Saif tying the knot with Kareena.
Mom - in -law to be Sharmila, we hear has even sent an invite to the president - however we do not know if he will participate.
Kareena has not confirmed if she will be converting to Islam or her future plans.
What we do know is Kareena will be Kareena Kapoor Khan after the wedding.
